I purchased a DVD offer from this company and found out later on that I have been added to a monthly subscription programme and am now being charged $39.95 ($50 Australian $) and can't cancel it because my emails keep bouncing back.
I have tried emailing at the address in the email they sent but this is the one that bounces back. I have also used the Clickbank email address on the receipt and have now emailed their sales address. Can anyone provide an email address that doesn't bounce back and get responded to? I'm afraid I am going to be charged again.
