I purchased a Acer Desktop computer from Circuit City on December 29. Since the time that I purchased the machine, I have had numeorus problems.
The operating system is completely unstable. It crashes continuously. The internet connection is faulty such that I am no longet able to connect to the internet.
I have called technical support and they refuse to repair the product unless I pay to ship it to Texas. They will not repair it and return it for at leat 7-10 business days. They will not replace the defective product. They refuse to send me parts so that I can have it repaired locally.
