I ordered a hard to find older movie. It came in with the box all broken and cracked. The movie is a poor copy and not clear as it could be. I found the company through Amazon.com. There web site recommended Videoretro.
It was a big disappointment as this is a gift and I was thrilled to find it.
I now find there are two companies involved. ARBCO Pictures received the money and Videoretro were the ones who sent the video copy to me. They are out of 100 N. Green Valley PKWY, Henderson, NV 89074, while ARBCO is California based.
The email address I have is videoplus 11 @hotmail.com. When I went to the website for ARBCO, it said they were repairing the site and it was closed at this time.
What will be my next step in this matter? Apparently they have people making copies from their homes or businesses. It is almost impossible to find where they are as I have tried many avenues.
