Ordered DVD set in Dec 07, still have not received product! My cc was charged in Dec. I receive multiple emails stating that my product is backordered. When I call it's busy, but if I do get through it rings and eventually a machine (I think - there's just a lot of beeping) picks up. No one returns my calls. I've tried emailing multiple times; no response.
