Net Zero terrible service, cancealed but still charged. 60 for a refund North carolina

This is a terrible service. Cancealed it after only 72 hours, even with a free 30 day trial they still billed my account. Now they tell me it will be 60 days till my money is returned. I will have to go to my bank and file an dispute and close out my debit card. How can they keep my money for 60 days?
