Softwareoutlet.com is evidently an online software/computer accessories outlet that collects money by charging unsuspecting individuals credit cards but never sends the merchandise. These crooks won't answer the telephone or respond to emails. I ordered software on 1/13 and after 6 emails and a phone call-no response. I did get an email just after the order was placed telling me they would be charging my credit card the amount of my order (about $40.00) and they did charge my credit card. I have also read (after I realized I had been shafted) many bad reviews for softwareoutlet.com online. I just wish I had read them beforehand. These ripoff artists have even posted positive comments from supposed customers on their website. I think they are fake comments. I have sent a claim to the BBB in the state of California but I don't know what good it will do. I plan to file a dispute with my credit card company to see if I can get my money back. I would highly recommend that NO ONE try to buy anything from these people. The website and company should be put out of business NOW! They are rip-off artists.
