Charging my account and i never used the account

My account is being charged by this company and i never used it. I went to the site on day it said free but i never used it. Now they keep charging my account every month.

I went to the site to try to get them from charging me but there's no cancal membership on the site anywhere. Is there a way where i can get my card to stop being charged.
