They fool the customers by making them think they are number one. Upon research, it is also revealed that they run a resume writing business top10resumewriters.org which they also scam users by asserting they are number one with their website http://www.resumesenhancedbyheadhunters.com / You cannot trust them. I purchased their web design service and got lousy work. These people can easily be found from Elance. I wouldn't be suprised if they were hired from Elance and hired to work on the cheap since they barely spoke any English.
