They added a extra charge of $39.95 for somthing they said was free with $1,95 shiping charge

I signed up for a free dvd from growingtrichw/google.
I was told all i had to do was pay $1.95 shiping and handling.
My credit card was charged $1.95 on 12-11 and then on 12-19 I was charged $39.95 for what i dont know.
