The same thing happened to me. I NOticed after I made a deposit today that my account was about 35 dollars or so less than it should be. Money that was supposed to go to pay for part of my car bill. After going back into the bank and asking them to print me the most recent statement, the only thing out of place i found was supabill, serviceiopay.com -39.95.
I have never heard of these people before, therefore how would they know my account number and be able to subtract 39.95 from my account???!!! Its a brand new checking account, barely a month old and i have never given my account number out on the internet. I am a waitress, just got in a car accident, and can barely pay my bills as it is, how am i gonna be able to fix this?
