E-Penzio ripoff lied to deceptive information at seminar consumer fraud rip-off

Information on what I suggest in your pursuit concerning e-Penzio, Bring-It-Home, H.O.M.E., Inc., Net-Bizz.com and other affiliate businesses. Contact: https://rn. Ftc. Gov/dod/wsolcq$. Startup? Z_ORG_CODE=PU01, also your State Attorney General, http://www.naag.org / this site is the National Association for Attorney Generals.

In contacting these entities you need to provide as much information as possible such as information from http://www.the usacomplaints.com along with copies of your contracts, invoices, correspondence and etc.

Also send the information Certified Mail with a Return Receipt requesting a return letter with a Filing Number, this way in sending any follow up to the FTC and the Attorney General of your State that the information is filed appropriately with the File Number.

I went to the seminar that was initially set-up by H.O.M.E., Inc., and Net-Bizz.com. E-Penzio was an affiliate of H.O.M.E., Inc. Of the seminar at Santa Clara, CA.

This Seminar was in October I tried calling e-Penzio several times to know response until in December of which Bo Adamson contacted me by e-mail after I had sent several e-mails to him. I was able to talk with him December as I had been being charged service charges each month from October of which there were no indications of these charges in the contracts in which had been signed.

With Net-Bizz.com there were many attempts to get them to discontinue the service and quit charging my account. The reason for discontinuing with Net-Bizz.com was that the information at the Seminar was that we could have several items listed on the Catalog of Products as many as 100 or more products, but when the truth came out you can have only 5 products at the most unless you went with a much more expensive Web Site and the use of a consultant.in addition you could not use other programs such as Dreamweaver or Frontpage in the development of the Web Site you would have to use the Template in which they provide.

The purpose for e-Penzio would be for collecting Credit Card Transactions with the Web Site through Net-Bizz.com.

However it was my understanding that e-Penzio would provide the Software and Manual for using the Software. However I never received the Software or the Manual on how to use and set-up the Software. The only way I can do anything is to go On-Line and naturally it is much more coumbersome to work with the Software when working on-line.

Also the Software is resident on there Servers and therefore if e-Penzio goes out of business those of us who have Paid Thousands of Dollars for the use of the Software are Out of Luck. Sure in collecting payments through credit cards, etc. That transaction must go through a Payment Gateway. As a Merchant having a Store you have a Credit Card Machine with a Key Pad tied to a Phone Line to generate the transaction and the batching of the transaction. This gives you the Merchant the ability to change a Gateway Company for Processing the Transaction, if you are dissatisfied with the Processing Company. The same should be with Software for the internet however when you do not have the Software resident on your computer e-Penzio has you at there advantage.

Also in contacting Brad Crawford he mentioned that he was sending me copies of contracts that I had signed indicating a $10.00 Monthly Gateway Charge, a $10.00 Statement Fee, and $15.00 minimum monthly discount fee. He did not send any contracts indicating this and in addition the contracts in which were signed did not have any of those charges on any contracts. However they did charge my account for 13 months, until I contact them to discontinue those charges. Likewise Bridgeview was charging my account when it was my understanding that they would not make any charges until they were notified that the Web Site was live. I did manage to get them to discontinue those charges.

However I have a charge that is $79.95 each month through Fair Financial this is being collected each month from my checking account. They are refusing to discontinue these charges although I am not using the service or having the Actual Software and Manuals on how to use the Software.

Since I do not have the Software and the Manuals it makes me vulnerable in the event that e-Penzio goes out of business.

Any one having a problem needs to contact your FTC and the State Attorney General.

Good Luck, hopefully we will be able to get the necessary results that is necessary for all of our benefits and be able to protect others that are looking for alternatives in building an income.
