Usa credit charged my account $149.95. Never authorized or even visited their site. Police are assuming that when my pocket book was stolen with all my banking info, social security cards and all important info that has created me to be a victim of idenity theft.
When contacting usa credit with this charge to my account, they called me a liar, they said that they would refund me back my money but will have to charge me an application fee, after arguing with them they waived the fee. This charge has caused me to nsf of over $984. My bank said they would refund them back to me as soon as usa credit gave me a letter on their letterhead that this was a fraudulent charge. The girl at usa credit said we do not give any such letter out, i argued with her and she sent me an email in reference to this fradulent act, she said she would lose her job if they found out.
This wasen't good enough for the bank, a month later still fighting for my money even after usa credit refunded my money the bank wanted more i contacted usa credit for the websites, they refused to give them to me, they then gave me a # to contact their fraud dept. 1-888-570-9823 jacklyn joseph, she refused to provide me a letter from their company and refused to give me the companies address and web addresses. Still leaving me a recently widowed women with 3 children that has cancer, unable to get groceries for my children and my insurance bounced among other important bills because of usa credit and the bank not rebating my money back from illegal charges to my account that i did not make because of usa credit. Please sue this company and shut them down. Because of them there is a total of $1300 as of right now and growing of my money taken from me and my family.
