Scam Website Stolen

I used ecomwebsites and they are a complete scam. Michael Carter will steal your money. I paid them for a website and had a contract in place. They did not abide by it at all, as far as dates, website aspects, etc. Use them at your own risk. If anyone knows anyone i can contact regarding this please help.
