Failure to deliver, lack of customer support!

I requested carpet for Holiday on 08 DECEMBER, and my charge card was billed on 09 DECEMBER. While it'd not appeared by 20 DECEMBER, I attempted to get hold of them, however they just provide an email address on the site. I e mailed them using the specifics that I'd be departing for that East Shore on Sunday and hadn't acquired the carpet. Then they recognized they hadn't actually positioned the purchase (obviously they're only middlemen getting your cash). They put the purchase and organized for next weekday shipping (which designed Christmas Event) - but that delivered it to my house in the place of where I'd be.

It was their issue - they'd not really positioned the purchase using the manufacturer. They didn't examine my email beyond the truth that the item wasn't obtained. They've no phone number to contact, therefore it couldn't be sorted out. Centered on their insufficient customer support, and mess in mailing purchases promptly, I would recommend buying elsewhere. I will certainly.
