I sent the link to InstrumentAlley.com to my girlfriend who was purchasing a mandolin for my xmas present. She placed the order and received a confirmation email, and they told her it would go out the day she ordered, 12/20/07, on Fedex 2day air. Now on December 27th, we have yet to receive my mandolin, any returns from email or phone calls. They charged the card immediately, and NEVER shipped at all. Their site says they shipped yet they will not provide tracking information and Fedex has no record of it as of yet!
I only chose to use them for this purchase because of some extra goodies that came with the order for free. I have never experienced such unprofessional and cowardly behavior from any business, online or not. I will be calling their local authorities today and reporting to them.
