I ordered a dog chew toy for $10.99 postage and handling ($15.99) on 9/7/7. I used Pay Pal to order. The credit card bill came shortly thereafter and I paid for it. I had still not received the item by early October so I went to their website and it was there I found out that the item was on back order because they had to re-test the safety of the product. I still had not received the item by late October and tried to E-mail them. My E-mail came back with "undeliverable" address even though I used the address on the website. I found another address called "customer service" and I got a reply back that was an auto reply saying that I should receive a UPS number soon and to check my shipping schedule to see when to expect shipment. I had received no shipping schedule. They also asked that people stop "bombarding" them with E-mails so they could do thier job. Very unsatisfactory and rude customer service. To this date I have still not received the shipping schedule, the UPS tracking number, nor the item, as well as the refund that I asked for, and it has been almost four months.
