I ordered DVD's from theDVDplanet.org on Nov 7 and they never showed up, they kept sending me official looking e-mails explaining that they had shipping problems, then they claimed they shipped to the wrong address etc. Not once did the provide any contact numbers or verifiable shipping information, they just kept stalling to buy time, so I wouldn't contact the credit card fraud hotline. I asked for a refund numerous times and they just kept saying that the items would be delivered in 3-6 days. I read the owners response and I don't believe a word of it, I still haven't received the DVD's or a refund and they haven't provided me with anything that would make me believe that they didn't steal my money.
