Did not fill order, no action, no communication

I put an order late November. Got confirmation mail with purchase quantity, but nothing came. I've sent emails that have been overlooked, so when I named I just got a registered (universal) introduction saying these were not able to consider my phone—no business name provided, etc. I respected this vendor just since it was associated with Google Shops, that we mistakenly thought intended these were supported by Google.
