I ordered several DVD boxsets, from this website. I have received some of them, however, I payment was taken, in full, for all of them. I am still awaiting the delivery of one boxset that I ordered.
As I had no contact information for them, aside from their website address and e-mail address, I sent an e-mail and attempted to visit the website. I was advised that the website was under maintenance, although now I am getting a "bad gateway" error message, and the e-mail address generated an automatic response:
We're dealing with previous orders made, please be patient.
That was over 2 months ago, and I am still being patient - I have had no further contact from the company. I am seriously concerned by the absence of the website!
