They offer online a basic lighting kit for video that comes with 3 lights, 3 stands, 2 softboxes, 1 barndoor, 2 cases, a pair of gloves, some light filters pliers, gaffer tape, spare set of bulbs and a instructional dvd.
Lights, stands, boxes, barndoor, cases and bulbs were sent by a third party, the rest was supposed to be shipped by this company, it never did, I made some call that were never returned. Gave them a BBB complaint and instantly contacted me with treathening and insulting e-mails. Said they were shipped wrong and requested for my adress again. A week later nothing happened, contacted again and said they will investigate what happened, my e mails of phone calls havent been answered since.
