I brought my computer to Geek Squad after spending over 3 days with their on line assistance which only resulted in my computer freezing. I was told I would get back my computer in 4 days. Four weeks later, over 15 phone calls later, I picked up my machine. My files had been erased or ruined, with their names destroyed. My photos werent able to be seen clearly, my programs had been erased, my computer was not operational. To add to this, I was kept waiting, treated disrespectfully by the people working there, never contacted although I called repeatedly and left messages. No manager was interested in looking into the problem. Stay away from them.
