Claiming to direct traffic to website, cost me $2,000, made only $14.85 Arizona

I invested $2,000 into this company hoping to get a business online. Complete scam. I only made $14.85 after one year into this.
I have no control over webpage. I was promised and paid for 30,000 site hits. Hits on main page did not reflect the 30,000 hits and the hits on main page and on back office site differ.
Can not get anyone to return a call for explanations and to answer further questions.
