I purchased the domain name and paid using my credit card. After two days, I still had not received an email confirming or even acknowledging my order. The charge doesn't show up on my monthly bill but the site's WHOIS lists all of my personal information as the registrant.
This company has NO phone number and the one listed is a fake. I have used their "Live Support" tool on their web site but that is a joke because even when it says "Online Now" they never answer your request and it just times out. Retarded. I have emailed the company at least 10 times and have NEVER received a response.
This company seemed like a good place to buy a domain name from but it turns out they are a sham of a company and don't deserve to be allowed by ICANN to register domain names.
