I was browsing the internet, and came upon ENCARTA, while in the the ENCARTA home page, a small window appeared near the top from Bonzi (company) telling me that I am broadcasting my access code.
Intriged, I clicked the window. I decided that I wanted their anti - viral software offered for $49.99, not knowing the program worked under Windows only. I got the useless program, but no way to reach them other than a disconected telephone number.
I have been looking for a way to contact them, but to no avail.By the way I have deleted the files sent to me.
