Falsely advertises a promising chance for a business that never prospers

My husban had heard information about internet speedway on the radio. He wrote down the number and brought the information to me and informed me of what the broadcast had stated. I contacted them and now know that they are truly scam artist. The representative on the phone told me that I had to pay a $9.95 start up fee, which I paid. She was PERSISTANT in offering higher packages that I am so thankful that I didn't agree to. She stated that how the business would basically handle itself. That all I had to do was create the website and select the products that I wanted to sell. Upon creating the website, I found that the products in my package were basically items that could be found in the local malls and they were highly over priced. However, I was able to pick the minimum of 50 items that I was limited to with feelings of dismay that they would not sell. I was correct. I contacted them on several ocassions via telephone and online chat and each time, I was somewhat patted on the head and told "there there there, it will be alright". They told me how I had to promote my business by creating flyers, using personal friends, etc. To date, even after registering with several search engines, I have had only one visit to my website and that was by me. On November 13, I received a threatening phone call stating that my file was going to collections because they they were unable to retrieve a payment for October and November in the amount of $69.95 each. I attempted to express how the business that they promised would be prosperous isn't receiving any sales or even simpler, visits. Pretty much I was told that it wasn't her problem and they needed payment that day or it would be turned over to collections. I have never felt so betrayed. I would like to have the monies I paid to them refunded and they can keep their website and hopefully they will have better luck with a scam business. I am attempting to negotiate with them, however, if they refuse to cooperate, I will personally initatie a class action lawsuit. I am confident that I would win, especially after seeing so many reports on "usacomplaints.com" The Blessing is, that I have two attorney's in the family of which I have discussed this issue with and both are willing to work together to stop the madness and destruction that this company is advertising. May God have Mercy on their souls come Judgement Day.
