They are false advertisement

I am having a hard time getting my refund back. They saying We are in receipt of your correspondence regarding your account.in your email, you request a full refund.

Under our cancellation policy, customers may cancel their orders prior to the date that we order their merchandise from our suppliers and they are given a full refund in the form of store credit that they can use
toward the purchase of items listed on our website at www.BlueHippo.com.

We have determined that you have made total payments under the program equal to one hundred sixty-one dollars and ninety-eight cents ($161.98).

Under our policy, this represents the amount of store credit that you may use to purchase other items on our site.
