I feel that PayPal is an unethical company. I conducted a transaction in June and a refund was initiated to my account by PayPal, but it was never received.
During the months of July, August and September I contacted PayPal multiple times to inquire about the status. Each time the individual I spoke to did not assist in resolving the problem. I was contacted by PayPal and asked to provide statements illustrating the refund was not provided and I did as they requested and faxed statements three times and also provided the phone number of my bank. To date this matter has not be resolved and PayPal says they can no longer assist me. I have provided all banking information I have access to and they state it is not enough, but I have nothing else to provide.
For me their response is unacceptable because as I consumer I have exhausted all resources available and provided everything they asked for. I feel they do not care about their customers.
