I am a gambler! I love bingo! I have been playing bingo online for a few years now at cyberbingo.com. Almost a month and a half ago I made a $50 deposit on a Friday night. The first time I tried, it was denied. I waited a few minutes and tried again. This has happened before, so it was not a surprise. However, when I checked my bank account the following Monday, it was a surprise to find they had taken the $50 twice, both transactions went through. This extra transaction also caused my account to be overdrawn and I also incurred 3 NSF fees at $33 each. I have been trying to resolve this issue with cyberbingo.com since it happened and they have not even tried to contact me with a resolution. It is very unprofessional of them and I want to make sure that everyone that I know hears this and understands how they do business.
