The money I won on their site was paid out to someone ther than me. 1725 plus dollars. Their own protocol requires a lot of proof for 1st time payouts. This did not happen. The payout occured while I was out of town on a sunday caught the email about my email didn't match the payout request on a tuesday.
Immediately contacted everyone. But have been snowballed since. They didn't follow their own protocol and on my account you can see where someone tried to cash in my account unsuccesfully 7 times but finally got it in an international wire and a debit comp go figure.
Support is being absolutely no help. I won this money and thought it would be safe in their site until I returned home. Winners beware is all I can say cause I am not getting help anywhere else. Hopefully this ripoff site will help.
