I did a search on someone who I know has a criminal record and the search provided nothing. If you read ALL the fine print you will see that US Search has a backup/disclaimer for every promise in large print they make. Their guarantee of results or no charge means nothing. Be careful of the complementary $10 search which charges your credit card $10 a month for a membership. I never do trial memberships that lead to monthly memberships yet I was some how fooled into it.
