I bought a Pentair FNS PLUS 60-square base diatomaceous earth pool filter from Bestbuy swimming Offer on 5 May. At that time of purchase Bestbuyis online advertisement suggested a-10 year guarantee about the layer of the system having a 12 months guarantee about the rest. I obtained the system, had it working in June.in July top of the layer started dripping water during procedure. The trickle was about 1/3 of the way up in the closing band towards the base layer and was from an obvious production issue, not from misuse or incorrect installation.
I named Bestbuy. They called me to Pentair. Pentair (Don) explained the guarantee was just for 12 months. I told him the internet advertisement I bought the system from at that time suggested the layer was justified for ten years. I noticed that presently a number of Pentair filter marketers promote a-10 year guarantee about the layer and that I offered him the referrals for these. He said he'd talk to his boss and notice when they might "help". That's been fourteen days before. Despite repeated calls to his quantity I've not gotten any reaction.
