We have found our new Pool Store and this is why. We ordered a Sta Rite 400 Natural Gas Pool Heater. We also ordered a Pentair Intelliflo VS and a Pentair Letro Legend II Pool cleaner. To order this we called and spoke to not one but two different sales reps. We had to call back because we didn't know exactly what size heater we needed. The first time I called I spoke to Janelle. She got me started and spent close to 15 minutes going thru everything I would need. She knew about Jandy, Pentair and Hayward (I had questions about all of them as my service guy offered it all to me and confused me) She gave me the pluses and minuses of all three. We agreed to go with the Pentair & Sta Rite setup as it fit my needs and budget the best. When I called back I talked to Christine as Janelle had gone home for the day. Christine was just as wonderful. I had all the items in the cart and I was able to give her a reference number and she pulled it up and we right where Janelle and I had left off. We talked about my heater and then proceeded to order. From there PoolSupplyWorld shipped it out the next day. We received it to our home in Texas in 3 days. The trucking company called the day ahead and setup a appointment. It was so easy. We had a local plumber come by and install it the following Saturday. We are up and working and the pump is so quite and our hot tub heats up in 30 minutes. Oh and by the way we saved almost $2500 by going the easy route. I would recommend Pool Supply World to any of my friends or family.
