American Baby Photo Contest
Consumers Group - Never returned, published or listed photo entered. Cashed my check, no responce from company internet

This company cashed my $20 check for entering their online "baby photo contest" but they never published or returned my sons photo. I sent many emails but I got no response, the email no longer works and the website never looks updated.
