I ordered 2 Micro Touch Max Grooming devices from this company. The ad on TV indicated $14.99 each plus $4.99 shipping and handling. When I received the merchandise there was an "H/P" charge of $27.96 of which I was not made aware at the time of the order. When I attempted to call them about it the call was answered "goodbye" and then hung up. If this is for shipping, etc. Thats a ridiculous charge for something that travels 55 miles from Pacoima to Lancaster, CA. This company should be referred to the Better Business Bureas as unscrupulous and excessive in it's business operations.
