C/o Birdwell Service Charged for material in 4/07 and shpd to incorrect state, then made me wait 6 wks for repl

The original order was placed in 4/07, and Lighting Universe shipped to incorrect state. Lighting Universe was notified, then replacement order on 7/30/07. Lighting Universe provided a ship schedule of 9/2/07 (which is a Sunday). I confirmed this with representative on (4) previous emails, stating that this date is on a Sunday, and asked if would ship Friday before or Tuesday after? I was given 9/4/07 on numerous dates via email. Then when follow up was done, material shipped in 8/6/07, approx. 4 weeks before estimated ship date was given.

As having (10) years exp.in the electrical distributions serive and (3) years in representative, this is the worst company ever founded, and will not order from this company again. The only time you can reach anyone on the phone, is when you want to place an order, and good luck after that..

Be aware - do not order from this company!
