Thomas Cook And Charles Walton - Mbah Gladious
I sent him $450 total for a yorkie puppy named Shammy was to arrive at LAX ripoff, West Africa

This man advertised yorkie puppies and is still doing it at Pet Placers @yahoo.com. He sent me photos of 3 puppies and had me fooled. He said he was in Alabama. I sent him $155 for shipping at first but then I found out he was in Cameroon. He said he was shipping them from Paris, France and I studpidly sent him another $300 to get their vet certificates and crate, etc. He gave me the crate number and the flight and when I called I found out there was no such flight.

I complained to him and he said the puppy was in San Diego where it was shipped by mistake. Then I got a call from a Charles Walton telling me he had the puppy and would drive it to me for $100. I objected and decided there was no puppy.

Finally light dawned on my brain and I confronted Thomas Cook and he insisted he didn't know Charles Walton or how he got the dog. I told him I thought they were in league together to get as much money out of me as they could. He even called me on the telephone. He said he would return my money if I would help him put ads in for the puppies on a lot of sites.

I told him that I didn't believe he had any dogs at all and if he did to ship them to me and I would sell them for him after I kept the one I thought I was buying and send him the money that I sold the others for and that if he really had puppies he would prove it to me that way. I never heard from him again.

I guess he figured out he had successfully swindled me out of all he could get. I didn't know about the fraud reporting but I would like to report him to the police in Cameroon if I could as he is still doing it with the same puppies, same photos.

A man named Minok Mancock is doing it with a maltese but I wouldn't give him any money until he delivered the dog and he is in Los Angeles on the same site Pet Placers. He said his wife would bring the dog over for $300 and I told him I would pay him when I got the dog but that I had 24hr. Security here and he would have to have his wife give her name when she came to the guard shack and they take their license numbers.

When I told him that, I never heard from him again but I didn't loose any money. He is still advertising there too. There must be a lot of scams on that site.
