This company took 159.95 out of my checking account without my approval

I just have opened my account and the same day this company withdrew 159.95 from my account for a master card I had not applied for. I am on a fixed income (SSI Disability) and cannot have this done to me. I have researched this and it is definitely fraudulant circumstances
