Originally, I chose at&t as my DSL provider because of a $49.99 rebate for my AT&T Wireless Gateway. Four months passed since I sent the rebate form, so I had my fiance call. They hung up on him five times and rudely told him that they never received the form. I called that same night to politely inquire what had happened and they maintained that I was out of luck, that there was nothing they could do, (despite the fact that the woman I spoke with in billing insisted that they owe it to me and that they HAD to give it to me). I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told he would call me back. He never did.
