I placed on order with Piratemod.com on June 10. The web site states, "Our standard current time until we ship out an order is 2-7 business days... 2XL & 3XL sizes can *sometimes* take up to an extra week to ship." Our order arrived more than a month after ordering (on July 12), and then only after two inquiries, the first of which was completely ignored.
Upon receiving the order, we discovered that one of the shirts was defective, in that it had several very noticeable dime-size spots of screenprinting dye on the front, sleeve, and back of the shoulder, essentially ruining the shirt and rendering it unwearable. I immediately took photos of the spots and contacted them the next business day (July 14) to request an exchange. I also offered to send them the photos as proof. As of July 26 I have received no response from the company.
