My checking account was charged and i did not authorize it i dont even know who they are i think some one may have gotten my account off a unsecured sight and used it ripoff Internet

to my bank

I was recently on line filling out a loan application
i didnt discover the site was unsecured until i was done with the application and now they wont answer the phone it's even hard to reach them by email
