I authorized the $3.95 to pay for the shipping charge of the free CD. I cancelled my subscription before the 14-day trial expired, but they still charged my account the monthly charge of $29.95.
My bank account was overdrawn because of this unexpected and unauthorized transaction. I am a single mom of four children and one grandchild. We live on a limited income and this autocity really hurt!
My bank is doing an investigation of this situation. I made contact with this company and they gave me the runaround, as well as denied the unauthorized transaction. They said that I wasn't even in their system.
I think not after I cancelled. Apparently, my bank account info was still in their system. How do I get justice for this? The hell of it is I could not get access to their website, but I paid for it!
