What thy do is make a runaround step system to keep people in the program to get as much money as they can out of a client with falls web pages that don't tell you that they will be giving you a recurring charge. They tell you that you are getting a free cd but what they don't tell you is that you will be billed in 14days if you don't call in. Some times they will tell you but they will hide it really well.
My job was to make people think that we would get them a grant for any thing thy needed which was a lie. We all so hope that people don't pay attain to there bills so we can keep charging them. If they don't notis it over 3 mounts thin we can keep there money. Basically they well rep you off and hart you don't do it.
