Don't be taken in by the low prices. IT'S ONLY A WAY to get your phone number and Credit card number. Five minutes after placing order I received a phone call and was told the camera I purchased wouldn't work properly without a High Speed Memory card. I was first told that it would be $179.00, then $129.00, then $99.00 and finally $89.00 which brought my order up an additional $30.00. However when it was added my balance was an additional $100.00. Although my cnfirmation order showed no tax due I was then told that I had to pay tax.
When I refused the offer the person on the phone became irate, began screaming at me and threatened to cancel my order and charge me a $60.00 cancellation fee. When I called back the next day and tried to talk to customer service, the same individual was the voice on the answering machine, the voice that finally answered the phone and the voice of customer service.
It's scary to know this man has both my home and cell phone numbers, not to mention my credit card number. Also don't confuse this company with another called Digital Nerds. They are two separate companies. He probably added the "THE" to seem legitimate. This scam artist is also know as J & J camera and The Camera Wizard.
