InkToday AKA Charon Software Inc ripoff sent bad cartidges do not respond to email phone number is disconnected fraudulent ripoff business

I ordered 2 HP ink cartridges from this company. On June 16th, '02 (Black & Tri-Color) which they sent... But, a week later, when I went to use them they would notwork at all. (My guess is that there isn't any ink in them).

I have sent numerous email messages to which they have NEVER replied. Any phone number I can 'dig up' has been disconnected. I checked their VeriSign (which is listed under Charon Software Inc & sent email there... No response.
