I am unable to cancel their service when directed to the website for cancelations Ripoff Internet

I was taking a survey on musicvixon.com and stated I did not want any of the things they were offering. The next thing I new I got an email confirming my order. I did not order this.in this confirmation e-mial I was directed to a website if I wanted to cancel this service. When I went to the website there was no where to go to request a cancellation!
