I have placed multiple orders with vistprint and have never been confronted with an "opt-out screen". Whether it was deceptively added at checkout I cannot determine. Please understand that the merchant error letter I am requesting simply allows AmSouth to refund their portion of overdrafts caused by overdrafts.
This is a signifcant amount (in excess of $500). This would reduce the overdrafts caused by your error to an amount that I will just absorb. Your refusal, however, puts me in the position of having to pursue the matter in small claims court in Des Plainesas well as filing affidavits of forgery with Amsouth (which are prepared and ready to go). I will proceed with both of these actions if I have not heard from you by 7/17/07.
