He has an active business license based in Oregon, but the principal place of business is a post office box. Take warning!
mr. Mottinger tried to defraud me of over $6K in fees to construct a website. He did not know I am a web professional that actively outsources work overload to qualified technicians. I chose Joel based on information on his website.
After a few consultations, he provided no good material except for a template. I asked to visit him at his place of business. He refused to comply. I went to the address and found that it was a private mailbox in a shipping store. I was able to cancel the check issued to Mr. Mottinger before he was able to cash it.
Joel Mottinger, the supposed owner of creative mouse, is a convicted felon from California. The location of this business is a private post office box in a strip mall. The website is shut down due to violation of terms of service with the hosting provider (fraud).
Avoid at all costs!
