People pc deleted my access number thats local to my area so the only way i can connect is long distance. I pre paid plan so i lost all that money to them. Be carefull when signing up with them becouse they delete access numbers. I had to go back to my old internet provider. But i prepaid so 5 months so i lost all that money and they wont refund. They put on there the access number is not valid eny more. Ripoff
