Useful.com voicemail on the internet that I did not order evn though they said I had

I have two charges on my AT&T bill for a voice mail I know nothing about. $13.95 per month. I did not order this nor want it, they said I signed up for it but I did not.

I did call and they said they would take the charges off but I still will have to pay for it to the phone company which is a hardship for me. I hate that these people do this stuff sneaky and underhanded.
