I cancelled my service in January only to find out that they were still charging my bank account up until June

I found out that they were still charging my bank account, because I was informed by my bank that I bounced a check. I was shocked and asked my bank what else had come out of my account, since I deposited the money to cover the check just a few days before writing it and was sure that I had enough to cover it. They told me that it was an ACH and taken out by AOL. I was irate. I called AOL and after waiting what seemed an eternity to get an actual person to talk to, I was informed that they did, indeed, see where I cancelled my account in January; however, they said that another screen name, of which I have never heard of, was using my account. They than said that they would mail me an affidavit to sign in order to get my money back. I am awaiting that now. This really angers me, because it took me 3 times on the phone to get a person to agree to let me cancel my account. The 2 persons prior kept telling all the reasons that I should keep their service and ignored my desire to cancel.
